Each training will last approximately 1 – 1.5 hours with a minimum of 1 coach per 10 athletes, depending on the focus of the training and age group.
Group trainings will follow this general structure:
- Punctual start with introduction of training focus
- Group safety evaluation of training area
- Neuromuscular warm – up
- Dynamic warm – up
- Main set may include practice of 1 – 3 of the triathlon sports, or another activity
chosen for a specific benefit
- Dynamic warm down
- Group gathering for training recap
& athletes are responsible for bringing all necessary items to each
training including water and a healthy post training snack.
